“TLDR: Just use them. Worth every penny and more! Most responsive, helpful transfer company I've used in the Caribbean. Unlike the many stories you hear of not great service, this team genuinely wanted to make our vacation great. Everything. Airport pickup, hotel transfers, return, was in clean, well-maintained vehicles with friendly staff who prioritized our family's safety and comfort. When our flight was delayed 6 hours, they adjusted without issue. The ground team speaks perfect English; some drivers' English was limited, but we're in their country. One tip: if you need a car seat, remind them a few times. I've never left a review for a transfer company before, they've always been meh. Punta Cana Transfers will be part of our family vacations for years to come.”

“The pick up was 100% on time. Communication began before I left for departure. Once I got to Punta Cana, they let me know exactly how to identify with them by having my name on a sign and letting me know what it looked like. The greeter was extremely hospitable and walked me and my luggage to the driver. No confusion , no fuss, no chaos! Easy breezy. Comfortable car- I felt safe with the driver. Leaving to head to the airport. I requested a time adjustment- a delay in pickup. The wait or delay cost was extremely fair. Better than I expected. When we were ready, the driver was there. This part of my experience was fantastic and second to none. I will use punta cana transfer as long as I continue to travel to Punta Cana and will refer anyone to them should I know they are going there. 10/10 all across the board! 5 stars”
