Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy were updated at 30/09/2024


Advance Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the transfer date will receive 95% of the amount paid.

Cancellations between 12 and 24 Hours: Cancellations made 12 to 24 hours before the start will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid.

Cancellations with Less than 12 Hours: Cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance will not be refundable.

No Shows: Refunds will only be granted if the customer shows up on the agreed date and time for the transfer (without prior notification).

Reservation Modifications: Changes to the transfer date and time are allowed if requested at least 12 hours in advance, subject to availability.

Cancellations Due to Force Majeure: In case of cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond control (such as adverse weather conditions or emergencies), Puntacanatransfer reserves the right to reschedule the transfer or offer a partial or full refund, depending on the situation.
