This page explains how cancellations, changes, and refunds work for transfers booked on this site.

At a glance
- More than 24 hours before pickup: 95% refund.
- Between 12 and 24 hours: 50% refund.
- Less than 12 hours: non-refundable.
Refund schedule
Refund eligibility depends on how far in advance you cancel relative to the scheduled pickup time.
Advance cancellations

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the transfer date.
12–24 hours
50%
Cancellations made 12 to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
Less than 12 hours
0%
Cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance are not refundable.
Additional terms
No-shows
Refunds are only granted if the customer shows up on the agreed date and time for the transfer (without prior notification).
Reservation modifications
Changes to the transfer date and time are allowed if requested at least 12 hours in advance, subject to availability.
Force majeure
In case of cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond control (such as adverse weather conditions or emergencies), we may reschedule the transfer or offer a partial or full refund depending on the situation.
